Return Policy

All products are made to order and sales are final, therefore no refunds can be administered. If for any reason you find a defect or damaged merchandise we will gladly credit your card or send you a new item (minus shipping costs).

Our Return policy requires you to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) in order to process your return. Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted. Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
Please write the RA # on the package shipping label and also on the original invoice.  Ilaments cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.  If a refund is issued, please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued.  Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Send all returns by Insured Parcel Post.  UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.  When shipping a Return/ Exchange item please use the following address:

Shipping Policy

Ilaments' goal is to provide and maintain good customer relations in products and services. We will contact you if a product becomes severely delayed, unavailable or discontinued. If a product is no longer available, you will have the opportunity to request a refund or have an alternate item of equal value. All orders are usually sent within 5-10 business days, depending on purchase and location of consumer. Office hours are Mon. to Fri. 9:00 to 5:00, US Pacific Time. We do accept VISA and MC and COD orders upon request.


Each piece of jewelry is handmade and if we can not ship your item within at least 5 days we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification.  Orders shipped via our standard delivery (UPS Ground) should arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location from Los Angeles. If your order is time sensitive, please select a faster shipping option or call us at the studio at 323.243.8774 for special shipping arrangements.  Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes - a street address is required.  Listed below are the shipping costs:

Exchanges

We will exchange any defective merchandise for the same item. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.  Please note: all our orders are inspected for defects prior to shipment. Yet, it is the buyer’s responsibility to review all merchandise. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be given credit. We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange. Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all exchanges. Please provide to us the following information when returning or exchanging goods: Name, RA#, Order #, Order Date, and Style/Design. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
